Run Gen Z is proud to be partnered with ALEC Action since January 2024. As the 501(c)(4) arm of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), ALEC Action focuses on advancing limited government, free markets, and federalism through advocacy and grassroots engagement. This partnership connects young conservative leaders with a national network of lawmakers and policy experts, equipping them with the tools and resources to lead boldly, champion effective policy, and make an immediate impact in their communities and state legislatures.

Macon Boane brings a strong background in political strategy, grassroots organizing, and candidate development. At Run Gen Z, he’s focused on preparing the next generation of conservative leaders with the tools, training, and network they need to succeed. Passionate about building the bench and investing in future leadership, Macon is working to grow Run Gen Z’s impact across the country.
