Adam brings years of hands-on political experience to his role as Director. From campaigns and consulting to non-profits and the official side of government, Adam’s expertise spans all aspects of the political world. Adam’s diverse background positions him perfectly to guide Run Gen Z into the 2026 cycle and beyond.
Macon brings a strong background in political strategy, grassroots organizing, and candidate development to his role as Deputy Director. Macon is passionate about building the bench and investing in future leadership and is excited to grow the impact of Run Gen Z across the country.
Run Gen Z is proud to be powered by ALEC Action, the 501(c)(4) arm of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). ALEC Action focuses on advancing limited government, free markets, and federalism through advocacy and grassroots engagement.
