The One Gen Summit is an invite-only training conference that convenes young state legislators, candidates, and emerging leaders from across the country.  For the past six years the summit has served as the launching point for the next generation of conservative leaders.

Attendees convene for networking, policy education, leadership development, and practical training rooted in real experience and public service.
